COG is sometimes odd,

but one group’s party’s benter –

that long-smocked bearded gathering,

run by the Writers’ Centre.

 

Another point of difference

is when it comes to talks;

the poets go for longer,

but COG has nicer walks.

Unfortunately the Xmas party conflicts with the ACT Writers’ Centre Xmas party this year which I am obliged to attend.
