0100h today a few notes from a Koel, first of the season. Last week 2 Spotted Turtle-Doves, one looking for a nest site in our honeysuckle. A Buff-banded-Rail was seen here 8x over 4 weeks from 15 Sept and in a neighbour’s in Hain Place. Am doing a write up and a general record search and am interested in other sightings in the suburbs. On Ian Fraser’s ABC program a lady rang up with a report. Can anyone give me his contact please?
