Yes Philip  -  faint but there, at least in fresh plumage.  This seems to be a variable species, and the field guides do not handle it well.  Another variable feature is the cream margins in the wings.  I expect the new CSIRO Publishing field guide to do better.

I am sure the brown one is a White-winged Triller. I wasn't familiar with any bars on the flanks. It appears that none of the field guides show this but HANZAB pictures show it.
