That will be the White Cockatoo of the Moluccas, Des, sometimes called Umbrella Cockatoo, apparently. I am not familiar with it, but I note from pictures it has a spreading expansive crest. This doesn’t look much like an umbrella to me. Our own SC Cockie when excited curls the tips of the crest laterally, which can look quite umbrella-like from front-on, or perhaps more like a pineapple (rough end).

Subject: [canberrabirds] Umbrella Cockatoo?
Hi All,
Just back from Hawaii where we saw an Umbrella Cockatoo on a perch in the courtyard of a bakery/coffee shop on the island of Kaui'i.
On a first impression this bird had the appearance and voice of a Sulphur Crested Cockatoo but instead of the crest the head feathers took the shape of an umbrella when the bird became excited. The plaque on the perch identified it as a bird from Indonesia.
Has anyone seen this bird in the wild and if so where does it occur?
It would be interesting to know if its range overlaps with the Sulphur Crested?
Cheers,
Des Clark-Walker
