I report seeing a white faced heron flying low along Farrer Ridge towards the small dams.  Never seen this species on Farrer Ridge before.  Also noisy friar birds and black-faced cuckoo shrikes are back.

A couple of raptors soared high over Erindale drive just below the Sulwood corner.  I think they were grey in colour and possibly brown goshawks???  I saw and heard a brown goshawk just across the road on Mt Wanniassa a few days earlier.
