I was surveying a patch of revegetation on a farm along the Yass River Rd this morning (Saturday) when I heard and then saw a Striped Honeyeater. It wasn't able to spend too long in the site before being chased away by Red Wattlebirds and White-plumed Honeyeaters, but long enough for me to get a good look at it. Can't give the precise location as it is on private property but who knows where else it might turn up.

Also in the site it was nice to see a Crested Shrike-tit and 6 Brown Quail.

cheers
