"Traffic Hazard Ahead".  Guess what.  Swans crossing to and fro from the lake 
side of Bowen Drive to the centre, at least 20 birds, probably nearer 30 at mid 
afternoon.  This is near the spot where the red caravan resides.  People there 
feed hungry Canberrans in the evenings, but it is very unpopular with both the 
ACT govt and NCA and it is going to have to move.  Nothing to do with the swans 
though.
