We have had Gang Gangs on and off in Torrens for a few months. Most recently a week or so back.

10 Gang Gangs flew over this morning just before 8am moving in an easterly direction.
(Probably the same ones that were at Elizabeth's feeder half an hour earlier.)

food source to food source but finally settle on a good one around the

do the survey around the middle of the day we will observe GGs at
their midday food source and there is less likelihood of multiple
counting from different observers seeing the same group at different
locations.
There is also the human behaviour aspect to consider: I imagine most
people would be happier doing the survey around midday on a cold
winter's day!
However, I'm happy to have others express a view on an earlier start
and moving the survey if enough people agree.
