I was hoping to support this observation with
photos/video taken at the time. Having now reviewed the footage, the
bird was too far away (over 250m) and it is difficult to tell
there is a bird present in the frame, let alone what species it might be.
Because of the rarity of the record and the failure of my videos to support the
claim, I do not intend to submit the record.
