We followed up on Sandra's post last week about Tharwa sandwash this morning, and found the place still quite birdy - speckled warblers (3), southern whiteface (1), rainbow bee-eaters (~20), flame robin, diamond firetail, and grey currawong plus the usual crowd and a super abundance of silvereyes and spotted pardalotes were some of the highlights - no brown treecreepers, though.
