I think you are right about the species. A good photo of something normally hard to get out in the open. However I don't think there is enough to tell it is a juvenile. A look at the HANZAB pictures doesn't show much to go on in aging them and text says not distinguishable in the field. Actually I suggest it is not likely to be a juvenile. I think this because it is surely in moult (most obviously having lost its tail but quite scruffy all over). Not that I know anything significant about this species but make a general non specific suggestion that juveniles of most small birds at this time of year should be in fresh first plumage and not moulting, whereas many adults would be in post breeding moult. Although today I saw a juvenile Magpie-lark moulting into adult male plumage.
