5 weeks ago I saw a Grey Shrike-thrush (GST) fly around my GBS site with a mouthful of insects. I  recorded it as a CF breeding record,  Today the site was graced by two juvenile GST - lovely chestnut round the head - showing that the indirect evidence works!  The two young birds were foraging in some mulch and obviously independent by now.

I have been seeing an Eastern Yellow Robin around our house on a daily basis for the last few days.  There have been a few sightings in previous years in Upper Carwoola but many more this year.  The damp year must have brought out their favourite food resources.
