You mention a visit to "the Swarovski store for a further example of great 
service by that company".
What Swarovski store is this? The only one I know of in Canberra is in the 
Canberra Centre where last time I enquired they sold jewellery and glassware 
and had no idea there was a optical arm of the company!
The only Swarovski Optik outlet I'm aware of in Australia is in Sydney (12 
Primrose Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018) - this is where I had to send my bins for 
forwarding to the factory in Austria for repair. I agree that Swarovski offers 
good customer service. I'd be pleased to know if there is now a branch in 
Canberra??
