A COG member mentioned to me recently that they were not aware of the Internet Bird Collection website so I thought I would send some information out.  The site contains video, photographs and sound recordings currently covering 8461 species with nearly 9,000 videos and 20,000 photographs currently being added each year (check the statistics page on the site).  Australia is well represented with 6270 contributions, the second largest number after India.  Material captured in the ACT is available for over 140 species.  The list below contains links to the species which have material recorded in the ACT.
