That juv Koel ist still hanging around, though I think it is not being fed anymore. Numbers of Wattlebirds dropped of dramatically, too, though I don't know if they were feeding the koel.
The Currawongs are starting to give it a hard time.

It's coming to us at least twice a day and getting a taste for our plums, and also had a go at the washing on our deck - though there might have been insects around. 

Yesterday I heard it calling from one tree, while there was another juv/f Koel quietly in another tree.

   Koels heard Saturday morning at Gungahlin Pond around 7am and at 9.30am in Nicholls near the IGA.
