This magnificent tawny frogmouth chose a very domestic setting for his
daytime nap ... about head-height in a tree at the front of a neighbour's
house. You can see the brickwork in the background. Normally I wouldn't
bother with a picture that is "contaminated" with man-made
artifacts, but this is the first time I've seen such an unusual roosting
place. |
