Sorry
no, it is a Hobby. Id features are the whitish marking all the way up the side
of the head, the very mottled reddish front, the fairly long tail, long thin
toes and the rather slim build. Also the posture is different. There may be
enough to suggest it might be a young Hobby, from the reddish edges to the wing
feathers.
