There's a  number of COG email-people who have been fascinated by insects recently. As the insects are prey for our region's birds this presentation for the Field Naturalists might be of interest.

Who:  Kim Pullen of CSIRO
Where:  ANU's Gould Wing seminar room in Building 116 off Daley Road.
When:  7.30pm on Thursday 3rd February

From our Webmaster & Newsletter printer:

Also, find out about the talk by Kim Pullen on "Insects of the ACT" at the February, 2011 Meeting.
More information about Kim's talk can be found in the Feb. Newsletter and on the FNAC web site.
Kim's follow-up "Outing" should also be worth doing on Friday, 11 February, 2011 at 8.00 pm (to lure & study insects!)
at the CSIRO Discovery Centre.
