Yesterday evening we saw 3 chicks on the nest. One seems to be
decidedly larger than the other two. A couple of days difference in
age, perhaps. We have not heard the chicks calling for food. Nor
does the parent call as she/he comes in. We saw an adult come last
night. On the way it was harrassed by a noisy miner. This has
happened often. The chicks do not seem to push each other out of the
way. But it is getting more dificult to see the, because of the
leafy growth in front of them. Photos are very helpful

Thanks to Lindell as well. The chicks hatched around December 30th,
when egg shells were found beneath the nest. I have been sent a phot
of one of the egg shells. I am following these birds till they
fledge, I hope. All photos gratefully received
