sparrow hawk/goshawk

           We have have i sparrow hawk in our garden quite often  i presume its a sparrow hawk because it eats sparrows!!! i have looked at photos Geoffrey put on cog and photos of the goshawk at callum brae the only difference i can find is in the eye  your birds eyelid is pointed towards the beak the same as the bird in our garden the goshawks at callum brae and Geoffrey's dont appear to have that? or may be I'm clutching at straws or a juvenile trait
