I am still seeing Superbs regularly in Harrison (Gungahlin). Over the blitz weekend I had groups of 1-4 birds fly over my place on both Saturday and Sunday. And on Friday 29/10 a group of 4 flew from Gungahlin Cemetery over the GDE towards CSIRO.

Some of the old yellow box at Mullion Park in Harrison are flowering at the moment.

Cheers

Marnix

I am wondering if anyone else has noticed that there does not appear to be the number of Superb Parrots around when compared with a couple of weeks ago.  It is possible that the females are sitting but even so the numbers at present appear to be much lower than this time last year.
