One can make one’s own cat bell quite easily. You’ll need a 12 gallon drum with the top cut out and a steel ball and pein hammer. Tippy–toe up on the puddy tat and slam the drum (the open end of it, that is) over the cat so you got him trapped beneath. Now, while holding drum in position with one hand, take hammer in other and proceed to belt the BeJesus out of the drum for a good 5 minutes. When you release the puddy tat he’s gonna walk funny on his way home like he’s had one cat nip too many. Cruel? ... maybe, if you’re clumsy  and hit your fingers with the hammer, so be careful . When Brer Puddy Tat regains his hearing and equilibrium he won’t come by your house no more for some considerable time. I hope you find this advice of some assistance.
