You are invited to the launch of the book,
"The World of Tidbinbilla: Where to go...What to do..,. How to find... and the People of Tidbinbilla",
on Saturday 9th October, at 11 am, at Floriade in the Corporate Marquee on the lawns of Stage 88.
Simon Corbell is to launch this user-friendly guide to the natural and cultural worlds of Tidbinbilla & Birrigai.
Experts from a range of fields have freely contributed to the book about the natural and cultural aspects of Tidbinbilla_ the animals, plants, geology, and the people, as well as the activities which people can do there at Tidbinbilla and Birrigai.
The Southern ACT Catchment Group received ACT Heritage grants for the designing and printing of the book, and profits from sales are to go into a designated fund for future print runs.
You represent groups and organisations which we, as co-editors, thought that this book would be of interest to your members, and would be pleased if you would forward this invitation to all your members.
