Made a overnight stay at Nangar NP last night.  Even though there is plenty of water and plant growth, bird activity was low, both in the afternoon and morning.  The highlight was a group of 9 Superb Parrots and good numbers of Southern Whiteface feeding young.  On the whole 2 day trip, Canberra to Cowra to Nangar and return, I only only one other small group of three SPs and that was between Cowra and Boorowa.
