Nick Payne’s comment about a the B-W triggered this mention: a tiny bit out of range but I thought interesting...

At RAAF WAGGA yesterday, 2 Common B-Ws were on the lawn outside a building where I was doing a workshop. It is treed around there to a degree, but lots of recruits march past so they must be inured to people and far less shy than usual. When we came  out about 5pm, one was in an around the car park and proceeded to sit in a very large puddle, quite unconcerned, drinking, only about 5 m away. Best view I have ever had and no need for bins.
