Today, at about 1pm there was a swamp harrier cruising above the wetlands at Kelly's swamp, hotly pursued by a couple of masked lapwings who were complaining loudly.

We haven't been reading the chatline for a while, so not sure if this has been mentioned.  We haven't seen a swamp harrier in the ACT before.
