You have attached a photo of a cuckoo-shrike. Your text alludes to "& the Black-Faced Cuckoo Shrike".
The bird in the photo (image 0193) is a dark morph White-bellied Cuckoo-shrike. This may constitute a "post facto canberrabirds tick" for you, if you were so inclined.

                               A couple of photo's from Shepherds lookout today,  there were Yellow Rumped  Thornbills Double Bars &Silvereyes all feeding together
                                     followed by a Grey Fantail and the White Throated Treecreeper  ,3 rapters ( Little Eagle,a pair of Wedge tails and a Black- shouldered Kite )
                               other birds of note were 4 Dusky Woodswallows    
                                                                      It was an interesting day
