Just
from the photos, I agree with Peter. Certainly not a Magpie (sticks are too
thick) or WTE (much too small). It looks more like a
part fallen down nest of a Little Eagle or maybe Whistling Kite or maybe Brown
Goshawk.

Hi Pam, I checked the nest out today.
It is much too small for WTEs. Possibly a smaller raptor or
raven.
