I saw one WTE gliding across the wind early this morning from the backyard on Mugga Way (Red Hill) pursued by a gaggle of cranky crows/raven and the house-sitter says that she has seen singletons close by the house and on top of the hill...wondeful sight so close to the city...

To the SW of Mt. Wanniassa along the ridge, today, I saw a pair of
wedge-tailed eagles, perched on the branch of a dead tree,
canoodling.  They were there for 10--15 minutes.  I wonder
whetherthey are the pair from near Callum Brae?
