Greetings. I am receiving quite a lot of requests from subscribers asking me to change their email addresses. For some this is because ACTEW-AGL, TransACT or someone has made changes to their email address, but subscribers who use other ISPs also contacting me fairly frequently.

While I am always happy to do this sort of thing manually in cases where subscribers have tried to do it themselves and failed, I would prefer that you did not contact me in the first instance. This is because the CanberraBirds email list has conprehensive self-help subscription facilities.

If your email client follows normal industry standards (and I know that Microsoft's Outlook and Outlook Express do not) you will see, in the header and/or footer of every email that you receive from the list, a block that looks like this:
