Dear all,

Stimulated by the recent reports of sightings of the Night Parrot Pezoporus occidentalis I have just posted a piece on my Crikey blog, the Northern Myth on those sighting and some more information on Aboriginal knowledge of the bird from the tanami desert...

You can see the piece here: http://blogs.crikey.com.au/northern/2010/06/09/bird-of-the-week-the-night-parrot-resurfaces-again-maybe/

Cheers and enjoy - please leave a comment if you have any views, suggestions etc etc.
