Jenny Thanks for putting that information up. My main concern is that the event was basically just an exchange of views with nothing coming out in the way of a summary of agreements/disagreements, ideas or future actions. I think that is a key problem for the Conservation Council to come to grips with. I was intrigued that not only did COG not do the presentation on birds but the presenter (who I don't know at all, but I am told is a good birder) appears to have made no reference whatsoever to COG data or information. It would also have been good if the CC had put up a summary of what was said since the Powerpoint was pretty much a series of photos without any real discussion of the species selected.
