4 Great cormorant, 3 pied cormorant, 1 great egret,(breeding plumage) 1 pelican, 1 white ibis, usual array of ducks and cootes - no unusual ones.  There were 5 double barred finches and 2 red browed in the bushes, which was a nice surprise.  I have seen red browed there before, but not double barred. Aust reed wardbler carrying food  - reeds not accessible to see nest or young.
