At Kellys this morning (7.15-8.00am) I failed to see the Nankeen Night Heron reported yesterday, but noticed that one (of three in sight) BTNH appeared to have only a single leg. Has anyone else seen this? (I watched it for about 5 minutes with binoculars, and it was moving around/hopping on the single leg). A poor long distance photo attached. It was in the shallows of the South Margin Flats seen from near the South Lookout (COG website Map of Kellys).

Other obs - a pair of Australian Crakes were feeding busily at the edge of Bittern island visible from the ridge just to the left of Bittern Hide.
