The ANPS Wednesday walk today went to the Tinderries, attacking from Michelago.

Our first stop was at the high point of the drive.  22 species were seen/heard here including Superb Lyrebird (separately, a display mound in very good repair); Yellow-tailed Black-Cockatoo (DY); and White-eared Honeyeater (DY).

We stopped briefly at the Metrological Station where the highlight was aBrush Cuckoo, calling frm almost the same tree as last year!

The final stop was for a walk down the Round Flat Fire trail.  The swampy area at the bottom turned on an excellent array of birds including Rufous Fantail; Satin Flycatcher  - at least 3 including CF; Crested Shrike-tit; Sacred Kingfisher and Fan-tailed Cuckoo.
