With some difficulty I have located ancient video of the C Park event. 2 frames
herewith. The date recorded by the
camera is 13 February 2002, so perhaps used earlier in season by choughs.
Note normal twig nest built inside the chough nest.

a pair of grey shrike thrushes refurbishing a magpie

week later they had been ousted and the magpie lark was
