Maybe it's well known, but some might be interested in two videos showing
Green Herons (I think they are both Green Herons) fishing. They
were using bread as bait, placing the bait deliberately on the water and
periodically moving it until a fish takes a nibble - then whappo goodbye
fish! The person who told me about this watched a Striated Heron in
