I have been told this morning that there are 3 Royal Spoonbills in the nest tree at Kelly's Swamp gathering nesting material.
I believe the best protection for the birds is many pairs of eyes looking out for them. If you see something that may pose a threat to the birds or the nest contact Canberra Nature Park at the number given on the sign by the gate (or after hours try your luck with Canberra Connect)..
