Namadgi Visitors’ Centre today.

 

This bird, which this amateur has called a nankeen kestrel circled the same spot several times.  I dunno why, it already had its breakfast in its talons, and occasionally appeared to take a mid-flight snack, if that is at all possible.  A bit of fresh chicken would sure surpass a Qantas breakfast.
