My (aghast) interpretation of the map pointed to by Paul is that access
to Blundells Ck Rd AND upper Warks Rd is to cease, since there are marked
"locked gates" at both ends. Since the document is fairly
recent, I assume that some closures have not yet happened. I urge
anyone who has an interest in maintaining our access to both those
exceptionally birdy areas and a unique (or close to it) ecology in the
ACT to protest to TAMS and to our wonderful gomint. Hopefully if we
get in early they will rethink.

- The map is quite confusing; I can't tell if there is another way to
get to the wet forest area on
- Warks Road now. (I assume that Namadgi NP proper is outside of
TAMS jurisdiction and
- hasn't been similarly incarcerated.) I guess I'll have to go
exploring and see how far I can get
