Frogmouth young

On returning after three excellent weeks away I suspect the pair of Frogmouths in our Yellow Box have a chick.  At least there was a suspicious 'lump' under the male last evening.

I am intrigued by both adults being on the nest at the same time: my pair seem to follow usual protocol with the male on during the day and the female after dark (apart from feeding absences).

The young appeared for the first time (I think) yesterday (Saturday). Perhaps 2, if the white fluff between the two adults (in the attached photo) is a second one?
Timing something of a mystery as the adults have been sitting on the nest since August 26th.

Went past the Frogmouths in Corroboree Park on the way back from a training ride this morning, and spotted one fairly newly hatched young with the two parents. The small white blob just in front of the left hand parent in the second photo. Photos are pretty poor as I only had a pocketable compact camera with me.
