We also went to the Causeway end of Jerrabomberra Wetlands. A Red Wattlebird was savagely harrassing some Choughs who were ignoring it. Then, beneath a small bush we saw two young Choughs, still with white down on their heads, who were being minded, and fed, by adult birds.

Yesterday, near the Botanic Gardens we saw a Chough walk past us, taking no notice of us, carrying a worm in its bill. After quite a walk, it flew into a tall tree, where there was a nest, with a couple of young birds in it
