Any reason it isn't just a Grey Fantail on a bad-feather day?

Subject: [canberrabirds] bird ID please

Hi All
ID for this one at Jerra anyone? ..apologies for the shocking resolution and light .. it had quite distinctive black bars on its face and a tuft of feathers at the back of the head..  Creamy brown underparts and quite a long wide triangular tail... and no it wasn't a superb wren! It was larger for a start. I am wondering if it was what Brian Fair saw on Saturday... although this bird has the black face banding.

Thanks in anticipation
