Margaret Leggoe has asked me to fwd this to the list - cheers - David

==================

On the morning of Sunday 31st May I was lucky enough to photograph these two wedge-tailed eagles while copulating.  I was sitting on the North side of the Molonglo river about half a Km downstream of Coppin's Crossing.  The wedgies were high on a hillside on the South side of the river where the remains of the Stromlo pine forest are just piles of dead wood.
