Thank you Matthew. The basic issue, creating more problems every
year, is that the ACT government is pursuing a policy of deliberately increasing
the population of Canberra, with inevitable consequences for road construction,
new residential areas, water supply, mega-malls, business parks etc. Where can
I find an environmental impact statement on the implications of that policy,
with the opportunity to comment on it?
