I would like to recommend to subscribers of this list to have look at the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Majura Parkway, which is now open for public comment: http://www.actpla.act.gov.au/topics/your_say/comment/draft_eis/majura_parkway I encourage you to have your say, so that government can consider your views. I'm not encouraging a public discussion here on the merits or otherwise of the proposal, just promoting awareness of an issue that will have an impact on bird habitat.
