To join the chorus: 20+ YFHEs went through the garden here in Florey this morning heading SE -- my first of the season. Also 5 New-holland HEs who apparently stopped by with the sole purpose of harassing the S. Boobook that roosts down the back. More surprising (to me) was an early morning visit from a S. Kingfisher, sitting on a branch gazing wistfully at the birdbath.
