There was a Little Friarbird hawking insects from the top of a big Yellow Box in Mt Ainslie Nature Reserve about half an hour ago. It was only 30 metres or so from our back fence and is a new species for our GBS site. It stayed around for about 5 minutes, then disappeared into the reserve. If anyone is interested in having a look it is the section of the reserve between the Foveaux and Fisher St entrances off Duffy St.

cheers

Steve
