I spotted a male Eclectus Parrot in the Coles Jamison car park this morning.

It was during Trash and Treasure.

It was sitting on the shoulder of a male person as he strolled around. I was not assertive enough to speak either to the male person or the parrot about their origins.

I suspect it was a pet and not a wild bird. Should it be reported in a COG Observation Record?
