Hi all,
Popped into the Jerra Wetlands this afternoon.
There was an abundance of Australian White Ibis (I counted 180, but there were
probably more) on the main swamp.
At Crake Alley, I saw one Little Grassbird and one
Spotless Crake. The crake was extremely hard to see, and I only eventually found
it by instinct (investigating a shadow that turned out to be a crake skulking
behind the reeds). Havent seen a snipe here for a while...
Cheers
Tobias
